Egg Kebabs


 

Ingredients:

  • Eggs: 4
  • Onion (finely chopped): 1 medium-sized
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves (chopped): 2 tablespoons
  • Garam masala powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt: to taste
  • Red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Besan (gram flour): 2 tablespoons
  • Cooking oil: for frying

Instructions:




  1. Boil the Eggs:

    • Boil the eggs until they are hard-boiled. Once done, peel the shells and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a mixing bowl, grate or finely chop the boiled eggs.
    • Add finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves, garam masala powder, salt, red chili powder, and besan (gram flour) to the grated eggs.
    • Mix all the ingredients well to form a uniform mixture.
  3. Shape the Kebabs:

    • Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a kebab or patty.
  4. Fry the Kebabs:

    • Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.
    • Carefully place the shaped kebabs in the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve:

    • Once the kebabs are cooked and have a golden color, remove them from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
    • Serve the Egg Kebabs hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
